WIDE VARIETY OF PROJECTS

July Marine has years of experience in working with many shipyards, in various countries, where we deliver insulation and fitting work services for different kinds of vessels: passenger and cruise ships, patrol vessels, service boats, crew change vessels, luxury yachts and the offshore industry.

Our Marine Interior Outfitting services comprise the thermal and acoustic insulation of cabin partitions and ceilings. They also consist of fitting out prefabricated gangways. As well as the installation service, we also provide design and project management as part of a full-service offering.

After the completion of the design and following customer’s approval, our processes include two stages: workshop manufacturing and installation.

WORKSHOP MANUFACTURING

We manufacture in our workshops some of the installation components with our specialization in Aluminum Honeycomb Panels.

INSTALLATION

The installation stage of the Marine Interior Outfitting includes a first step to trace all the concerned areas where the equipment and its connections (fittings for water, wiring, and drains) will be placed. Then, bases, floor drains, scuppers, and water and electrical raceways are made.
Next step includes the structural supports for both walls and ceilings. The work goes on with the concrete foundations and the laying of floor and wall aluminum coverings.
Then, all equipment, machines and furniture will be placed and water and electrically connected, as established by the technical specification and the layouts.
Finally, we will carry out test on completion and hand over the product to the Customer.
