FURNITURE
Cabin furniture & berths
Beds, berths, wardrobes, desks, tables and storage for crew accommodation. Coordinate furniture dimensions, finishes, mounting details and access clearances with the cabin drawing.
MATTRESSES & COVERS
Marine mattresses
Specify berth size, mattress thickness, core construction and comfort requirements. Mattress covers CJB-MC and memory foam mattress covers CJB-SMC appear in the MED bedding certificate.
For a MED-certified complete mattress, request the certificate for the exact mattress assembly. Cover approval alone does not certify the complete mattress.
MED / IMO FTP PART 7
Curtains & blinds
Curtain fabric CJ7-CT, window screening CJ7-WC and roller shutter CJ7-RS are listed in the MED curtain certificate. Provide window dimensions, required coverage and installation details for selection.
Colour, composition and fabric specification must match the approved product scope.
MED BEDDING COMPONENT
Pillows & pillowcases
Coordinate crew bedding with pillows CJB-P and pillowcases CJB-PS listed in the MED bedding certificate. State finished sizes, quantities and spare sets when requesting a quotation.
MED BEDDING COMPONENT
Duvets & duvet covers
Duvets CJB-DT and duvet covers CJB-D are included in the documented MED range. Match the required dimensions and bedding specification to the approved product type.
CABIN TEXTILES
Bedspreads & bedding sets
Complete the cabin package with bedspreads CJB-B, blanket cloth CJB-WK and replacement covers. These listed components can be reviewed as part of a coordinated cabin-by-cabin supply schedule.
DOCUMENTED PRODUCT SCOPE
MED certification, clearly specified
Certification should follow the exact product being supplied. The manufacturer documentation held for the ranges below includes DNV Module B certificates and the associated Module D certificate. Ask our technical team to confirm the current documentation, approved configuration and declaration of conformity for your selected items.

Module B documents show expiry on 12 December 2028; Module D shows 15 December 2028. Validity, current regulatory applicability and order-specific conformity documentation are checked during technical review. Certificates are issued to the manufacturer, Shanghai Chunjia Textile Co., Ltd.; JULY MARINE coordinates product supply.

For a newbuild or refit, group the furniture and textile items by cabin type. This gives your team a consistent basis for comparing dimensions, finishes, quantities and documentation.
- Review furniture and berth layouts together.
- Match mattresses and covers to finished berth dimensions.
- Coordinate curtain measurements and installation requirements.
- List crew sets, spare sets and replacement items separately.
- Agree packing, identification and delivery priorities by vessel or cabin group.
